We are an ambitious young startup building an AI-powered training and knowledge platform for companies with frontline teams that streamlines knowledge transfer and communication into the field.

The frontline workforce is a huge and underserved workforce – about 80% of the global workforce don’t work on a desk. Despite this, most digital tools target white collar workers. In addition, it is estimated that by 2030 shortage of skilled labor will result in $8.5 trillion in unrealized annual revenues.

We are building the tool that companies are missing to tackle that challenge. For that, we are looking for an ambitious full stack engineer to join our team.

Your role

• High ownership, high impact: You will ship end-to-end features (frontend, backend, infra) with high-quality code that meets our business requirements, is scalable, and easy to maintain
• Product-minded: You will talk to users, and make product decisions.
• You will help us to scaling our company from seed to IPO, building up a great tech team, and shipping a category-defining product.
• As an example, some items from our roadmap include:
  • Bringing our AI Coursebuilder (”Cursor for corporate training”) to the next level
  • Improving our state-of-the-art document extraction pipeline (our optimized pipeline works better than any off-the-shelf product for our documents)
  • Making our AI Coursebuilder multiplayer (we’re already using Y.js, the UX and synchronization is still missing though)
  • Improving our observability across our tech stack
  • Deploying our infrastructure on-premise for enterprise customers

Our tech stack

Supabase, Frontend in Vue.js (TypeScript, Sentry), Backend in Node.js (Nest.js, Jest), PostgreSQL, Azure, LGTM (Grafana) Stack, Flutter.

It is a plus if you’ve worked with those, but it is not a requirement.
